They Won't Hire Us is an edgy & hilarious comedy that politically exposes the lack of female filmmakers in the industry. Based on a true scenario and illegal proposition, this film captures the urgency and anxiety of FOUR FEMALE FILMMAKERS who leave their dead-end jobs and risk everything to get their film funded. However, when their proposition isn't as advertised, their road trip to equality quickly turns into a race to a dangerous and unpredictable finish line.
